Manchester United without many important players in Malaysia

Manchester United is on an important trip for the first time of its kind in Malaysia. They are going to face many Asian clubs by the end of July. But the Manchester squad to Malaysia is being missed by many of the important players. Nemanja Vedic who is the main defender of Manchester United missed the squad as he had been declared not fit for playing in the tournament. The player had also missed the World Cup qualifier of Serbia against Faroe Islands.

The Korean striker Park Ji-sung is also not playing in this four-match Far East tour. Antonio Valencia and Gabriel, who are the new signings of Manchester, are also not playing in these matches. But Owen is going to play in these matches and he will show his magic of football in these matches. Supporters and fans of Manchester are expecting more for Owen. Other important players like Wayne Rooney, Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs and Wes Brown are part of the squad.

Tottenham Released Many Reserved Players

Tottenham has released many of their reserved players this season. They might have changed their strategy as they have new boss, Harry Redknapp. In this season, they also had dismissed manager, Juande Ramos, which was a shock to the people and their fans.

Defender Rocha who is one of the reserved players of Spurs has been released by the club with the completion of his contract in the club. He suffered an ankle injury and therefore he appeared in only 18 matches this season. He was one of the most important players of the club and he won the Portuguese Cup and league title in 2007.

Spurs also dismissed many other reserved players like Simon Dawkins, Danny Hutchins, David Hutton, Jacques Maghoma and many others. Even the former coach Chris Hughton’s son Cian are set to leave as his contract with the club got expired. The question is whether the club is facing financial problem or they are just changing the strategy under the new coach.

Chelsea and Everton in FA Final in Wembley

Chelsea is my favorite team and I was disappointed by their lost in the Champions League. Now Chelsea will play against Everton in the FA final to be held in Wembley on Saturday. Some important players of Chelsea have recovered from their injuries like Frank Lampard is declared fit for the match and also Alex and Juliano Belletti will be back in the field. Also the fate favors for Everton also as important players like Hpil Neville and Steven Pienaar will play the match as they have been declared as fully fit for the match. Now they will be back with the favorite format of David Moyes, that is, 4-5-1 formation.

This is the 128th FA Cup Final and 75th in Wembley. Guss Hiddink, boss of Chelsea has good history with the club as the club suffered only one defeat in 21 games under him. In this FA Cup, Chelsea reached final by defeating Arsenal which is one of the strongest club of the cup and Everton by defeating Manchester United which is equally strong team.

Also this match is very important for Ashley Cole, who could become the first player to win five FA Cup winner medals and he said:

“It would be a great milestone if I could get it. I would be honoured to have the record. It’s a great trophy to win and I would be delighted to win it five times.”

Barcelona blows the match with 2-0

I won’t say it was a great match yesterday between the two great teams, Barcelona and Manchester United. I could watch only up to first half of the match and after that I slept as I have to go to the office next morning. Eto’s goal at 10th minute of the match was really great. I was trying to find a video for Champions League Final Roma but unfortunately I couldn’t find any good quality video of the final match.

But here I am sharing a video of the goal by Eto at the 10th minute and the attacking mentality of both the teams was great. Again Messi scored the second goal of the match and this brought the match to the surety that Barca is going to win the match.

Big Match Between Barcelona and Manchester United

Now only few hours left to the Champaign League Finale between two great teams Manchester United and Barcelona. Who will win the Champaign League is the hottest discussion in most of the forum and football fan club. I am also asking the same question to myself and also to all the football fans. Who will be the winner of Champaign league of this season?

Well, personally I am not a fan of neither of the team as Chelsea is my favorite team being Michael Ballack is my favorite football star. But when I was young I used to support ManU but nowadays I do not like ManU anymore not just because they are not performing well but they grow more and more glamorous. I have an inclination that I use to support those teams which have less support, less glamor, less expectation by the people and now I am supporting Barcelona for this Champaign League.

Manchester United has plenty of good players like Christiana Ronaldo, Roonie and others. And so as with the Barca with Messi playing a lead role. Today it will be a fight between Messi and Roonie or Ronaldinho and Ronaldo. I am really excited to enjoy the big match between the two famous teams though I am not a supporter of either of the team.

Mark Kerr has been charged over fight

I heard many times that footballers are involved in fights in the night outs or bars. Recently, in a fight near The Priory in Belmont Street, Mark Kerr, Midfielder, has been charged and he was seriously injured. He needed to hospitalize due to the incident but still police is investigating what actually happened on that night.

Mark Kerr is going to miss the Sunday’s SPL game against Hibs. On that night some of the players and something happened which is clear to no one because of which mark got injured. Let’s see what people say about the incident.

AFC spokesman said:

“Some of the players were out on a social evening ahead of their day off on Wednesday and there was an incident in a city centre club which spilled out on to the street. As a result, Mark received injuries which needed treatment in hospital and consequently he will miss Sunday’s game against Hibs. We are currently attempting to establish exactly what occurred although I can confirm Mark Kerr has been charged in connection with the incident. If any of our players are found to have instigated any trouble, they will be dealt with severely. At the moment our main concern is that Mark makes a full and speedy recovery from the injuries sustained.”
