In the club football business, money is one of the greatest power factors and if someone wants to gain some good players in the team, then they must invest some money and ready to spend money for signing. Now Arsenal is not in the top position in the Premier League even if everyone knows that they are one of the best.

In Premier League, Arsenal is in fifth position and they need some improvement. Now the Arsenal Chairman Pete Hill Wood says the manager Wenger has money to spend for signing new players. But the manager believes in developing new players rather than buying costly players.

Hill Wood:

“He certainly has money if he wants to spend it. There have been suggestions we keep stopping him from buying - that is not the case. He’s very sensible with the way he approaches the transfer market, he’s not going to buy anybody just because the press or fans say he should. He’s only going to buy somebody if he thinks they’re going to improve what is a young squad but a very talented one. I certainly want to finish in the top four in the league, and perhaps (win) the Champions League. We’ve played pretty well in Europe on the whole so far, and that would be very nice. We got to the final in Paris. We’ve been up there, and it would be wonderful to win that.”
