Most of the people would say “Face-to-Face” communication system is the most effective communication system but if you ask to choose the optimum communication system, then most of the people would say “Audio-Visual communication” system is most effective one in relation with the modern society. With the development of science and technology, the branch of telepresence is developing very fast and nowadays most of the companies prefer the audio-visual communication or video communication in their networks.
Visual communication can save both time and the money of communication. If you want to call for a meeting and want to talk to your subordinates, then you must arrange for a location. You must book hotels to organize the meeting. And also sometimes the budgets of travel and accommodations of all the clients and the employees may be high enough.
But if you want to arrange the meeting as video conferencing, then there is no need for physical presence of all the members and clients. You can just talk in the camera and it is same as the face-to-face communication. You just need to set up the telepresence equipment and then you are reading to do video conferencing with your clients and subordinates. Now you can solve all the problems of your company together along with your clients and subordinates by just sitting in your own room.
